Power take off (or PTO) units exist in a variety of forms with one main purpose: to take power from your engine and transmit it to another output. One of the most commonly recognized PTO applications is on the back of a tractor. These connections allow you to attach farming implements to the tractor that will become powered by the main engine of the tractor. While some implements have their own power sources, being able to use the same power that is generated from the engine is an innovative and intelligent solution.
